Prize Winner Colombia

A visually driven documentary shot on location in Colombia. My approach as DOP was to merge the raw nature of documentary filmmaking with a strict aesthetic discipline. I focused heavily on utilizing both natural and controlled lighting, using the environment to craft clean, highly graphic visuals and striking compositions from the ground up.
